Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Tiny Tavola's app features and content. The license to the iOS application is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a different license is provided through the App Store.

Provider

Tiny Tavola is provided by Marco Cotugno. Contact: coticapp@gmail.com.

Who the app is for

Tiny Tavola is intended for adults, parents and caregivers who want help organising family meals and age-appropriate recipe ideas. It is not intended for children to use independently.

Educational content only

Recipes, age filters, allergen information, Ingredient Guide content, feeding guides, Tried/Loved tracking and weight history are general educational or organisational features. Tiny Tavola does not provide personalised medical, nutritional or feeding advice and is not a substitute for a paediatrician, dietitian or other qualified professional.

Food safety and allergies

You are responsible for checking ingredient labels, allergens, preparation, food texture, choking risk, food temperature and whether a recipe is appropriate for your child. Allergen selections are device-specific and are not synchronized between Family members, so each adult must review the filters on their own device. Follow advice from qualified health professionals for allergies, growth, feeding difficulties or medical conditions.

Profiles and family data

You are responsible for the information you enter into Tiny Tavola and for keeping your device and iCloud account secure. If you use Family Space, only invite people you trust because shared participants may be able to view and modify shared app data.

Subscriptions

Paid features are offered through Apple auto-renewable subscriptions where available. The subscription name, duration and price are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and restore eligible purchases from within Tiny Tavola.

Content and intellectual property

Tiny Tavola's original app design, text, recipes, illustrations and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party source names and links remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial use subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store license.

Availability and changes

Features may be improved, changed or discontinued over time. Cloud sync, Family Space, purchases and notifications depend on Apple services, device settings and network availability. Tiny Tavola cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

Use Tiny Tavola with reasonable care and professional advice where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
